Flybe

Flybe Aviation Services is the division of Flybe responsible for not only maintaining Flybe’s fleet but also planes from other airlines and private parties. As an obvious side effect of this the business is responsible for attracting new maintenance business and providing the best customer service for its clients.

While at SOUK Digital Flybe Aviation Services approached us with a brief for a new website. As well as describing the services offered one of the key features of this website was the capabilities search, a list of thousands of parts that aviation services were authorised to work on.

Utilising the Concrete5 CMS, an easy to use content management system that features excellent in-line editing we built the website. For the Capabilities Search we built a custom concrete module that loaded the list in the system admin and then allowed front end users to search it. Finally we integrated Google analytics for visitor reporting.

The website has been successful in generating leads and has been on-line since 2009.
