While at SOUK Digital PKF asked us to help them develop a new database for the management of their offices and consultants. Using an Open Source system as a building block, we tailored the system to meet their needs exactly.

The system manages over 1500 consultants across 400 Offices in 119 Countries. We included email functionality allowing the ability to email all consultants, groups of consultants for example ‘Tax Specialists’ or individuals. All communication within the system is tracked and logged.

We fully integrated the CRM platform into the website CMS Jahia allowing single sign-on between the systems and giving consultants the ability to update their records and office details.

We then extended the CRM platform into two key new areas – The client audit database and the office compliance tool.

The Client Audit Database contains details of all Clients PKF perform audits for – this enables international financial rule compliance, through the ability to check for conflicts of interest.

The Office Compliance Tool enables offices to report annual policy compliance with PKF procedures both corporate and legal. The tool includes over 100 questions, monitors exceptions and allows for reports to be saved throughout the process.
